WiV ‘s mission is turning wine into digital tokens and will create a new marketplace for wine producers, collectors, and enthusiasts to buy, sell, and borrow other crypto tokens against their wine assets at a far earlier stage in the wine production process.

What is WIVA?

$WIVA can also be used for single asset staking and yield farming at competitive rates after launch.
With WiV, wine producers can now authenticate their wine, turn it into a token, receive an offer of a loan up to 50% of the wine asset’s value, is auctioned off, and can then concentrate on producing their next vintage of fine wine!
Wine sales are growing at a rate of 2–4% per annum, but consolidation among growers over recent years has put power in the hands of the larger producers who can meet the yield demands and consistency expectations of mass-market buyers.

Participation Tiers

Sherpas will be eligible to enter the highest participation tier they qualify for on a per-wallet basis. One wallet can only participate in one Sherpa tier and will also automatically be able to participate in the public tier if they qualify.

After the whitelist closes on Sunday, August 29th, 12 PM UTC, we will be randomly picking a limited number of Sherpas for each tier who will have access to the pools and will be announcing the winners’ ERC-20 wallet addresses via our Twitter and Official News, and Announcements on Monday, August 30th, 12 PM UTC.

Please note that even if you are randomly selected to access the pool this does NOT guarantee you have an allocation and you will need to act fast to take part in the pool!
